62jl Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 62jl ("62jl," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 62jl online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, content, and functionality made available through the website at 62jl.app and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by 62jl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of the 62jl Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling laws and applicable regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 62jl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 62jl Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

62jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued identification card, passport, or driver's license. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by 62jl, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. 62jl shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 62jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 62jl shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

62jl is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC verification request, including the submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted or closed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

62jl supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your 62jl account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 62jl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 62jl accepts no responsibility. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be declined and returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund your account or a verified payment method registered in your name. 62jl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one to three hours; bank transfers are typically processed within one business day.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

62jl is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions on the Platform are monitored for suspicious activity. 62jl reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold funds, and report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Philippine law, without prior notice to the account holder.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

62jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the relevant promotion page. General bonus terms applicable to all 62jl promotions are set out below.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on each promotion page.
• 62jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Players who have requested self-exclusion are not eligible to receive or redeem any bonus or promotional offer.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 62jl Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of 62jl and are not subject to manipulation by 62jl or any player.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 62jl's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. 62jl shall not be liable for any loss arising from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or device-side errors that affect the display of game results.

Players are expected to conduct themselves with integrity at all times. Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting systems, engage in collusion with other players, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 62jl Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system underlying the Platform.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 62jl staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

62jl reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited activities, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 62jl Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of 62jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 62jl. Any unauthorized use of 62jl's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 62jl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if 62jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

62jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 62jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

62jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 62jl implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

11. Responsible Gaming

62jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We offer a range of player protection tools, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who believe their gaming may be causing harm are encouraged to make use of these tools and to seek professional support.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, 62jl will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform, including blocking login attempts and suppressing marketing communications. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion.

12. Termination and Suspension

62jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting 62jl's customer support team. 62jl will endeavor to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

14. Amendments to These Terms

62jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 62jl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
